Answer Questionnaire To Adopt

Please read how our adoption process works on our About Puppies page and review our Contract (both available in the drop-down menu above) before filling out the questionnaire below.

Our Cavalier puppies are $900. We have a waiting list which requires a $500 deposit that goes towards the final price of the puppy. The wait can range from a few months to over a year depending on litter sizes and whether families ahead of you decide to pass on a current litter. If you are not comfortable with a potentially long wait, please do not join our waiting list, as timing is very unpredictable.

When filling out the questionnaire, please use the last box to tell us a little bit about yourself, your age, and others living in the home. We want to get to know you and ensure our puppies are going to safe, loving homes!

We are very busy caring for our kids and our animals, but we will get back to you as soon as possible!

We are closed on weekends except for scheduled puppy pickups and new customer appointments. For all other inquiries, please email us on weekdays. ❤️

If you would like to talk on the phone, just let me know and I will arrange a time for us to chat. However, I do prefer email communication because my days are very full taking care of the dogs!
